Bill and I met when we were just 15 years old in New Jersey and have been together ever since! We were married in 1977 and have worked together all of that time as well!

We have owned several very successful businesses through the years and the first one started when we were just 18 years old. We are extremely hard workers and we put everything we have into every endeavor. We don’t believe in failure! No time for that!

During our time in New Jersey, while running our companies, Bill also served on the Council of our town for 9 years, and the head of each department at one time or another, where he gained great knowledge about city and state government.

We had owned properities in Jersey and had many dealings with REALTORS... Never having ANY desire to become REALTOR myself EVER! I felt as many people do, they were like used car salesmen!

Well fast forward to Bill and I moving to Florida in 1995 to be close to my family...Bought a condo on the beach and life was grand! Bill told me that we were going to actually retire at our young age of 40 years old! THEN...one fine day Bill said to me...We are going to become REALTORS! I almost fell on the floor crying! NO NO I don’t like REALTORS! Well... obviously you know the outcome of how that conversation went! Bill was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” for the entire Daytona Beach REALTOR Association our first year, and we are TOP sales 29 years in a ROW!

We could not be more thrilled to have our amazing “TEAM” behind us! Joanne Feaganes and Robin Pandorf. Joanne as our very skilled contract writer and closing co-ordinator makes SURE every detail goes smooth as silk for you!
