Team Kogut, The Name You Know & Trust!

Elaine and Bill Kogut were with me from my original purchase and helped me through the sale of my condo as well. They are not just realtors, but will end up your friend. They go the extra mile to help you any way they can, and it's very much appreciated. Their assistant Stephanie is right there with you along the way as well. They all make a great team and I wouldn't choose anyone else.

Both Bill and his wife Elaine respond immediately to all calls and emails. In helping us purchase our bungalow in Ormond Beach, they did all the leg work, finding an inspector, and even a repairman/handyman. And since we were doing the closing "long distance," they attended to all details, making our job as easy as possible. They are wonderfully personable, and very eager to please.

This is a dynamic couple who accept only total and complete customer satisfaction as their goal. I have been blown away at their CAN DO attitude that lasts throughout the entire process. Service after the sale could be their motto. They assisted me in not only finding the house of my dreams, they helped get me settled and comfortable in the community. Their recommendations for who to use for projects are priceless. I wholeheartedly recommend Bill and Elaine!
