Joanne is a pleasure and delight to work with! I'm from NY originally and had 2 weeks in FL to help my parents find their retirement dream home and Joanne made the process as smooth and speedy as possible. She understood the time constraints I had and was so accommodating and always available to answer any questions I had. She eased any worries I had and was so thoughtful and considerate during a stressful long-distance move amidst the pandemic. We closed on my parents' dream home 1 month later!! Love love love Joanne and would highly recommend working with Team Kogut ? She even gave us some super cute Christmas face masks and I could not thank her enough for the tremendous help she's been!

Both Bill & Elaine Kogurt are a sincere and professional couple whom have advised and supported my 19 year old daughter with intergrity and encouragement throughout her first home rental to her next Big home purchase. The Kogurt's know Daytona and the locations in which she is suited for. Their expertise and knowledge has taken a 19 year old girl into a savvy professional investor within a couple of few short years. The Kogurt's connections into getting things done is a fact. I would like to tell everyone that Elaine Kogut, who has helped me immensely in the process of buying a new home. She, and her fellow team member Joann, are truly good people. I say this in all honesty. There are so many examples I can tell you about and all the help that Elaine provided me. When trying to find out if I was able to close earlier on the home, she made some immediate phone calls and before I even knew it I was able to close quicker on the home then I had expected. When you're not sure who to call for a particular type of service Elaine will research it and gladly provide you to contact number. She's very patient, level-headed, and truly happy providing answers to all questions I had. I must say that team Kogut, at Adams Cameron Realty, are the best and I mean that! I will refer them to anyone interested in selling or buying a new home in this area. All I can say is thank you again Elaine for making the whole process understandable, enjoyable, and less stressful.
