I'm from NY originally and had 2 weeks in FL to help my parents find their retirement dream home and Joanne made the process as smooth and speedy as possible. She understood the time constraints I had and was so accommodating and always available to answer any questions I had. She eased any worries I had and was so thoughtful and considerate during a stressful long-distance move amidst the pandemic. We closed on my parents' dream home 1 month later!! Love love love Joanne and would highly recommend working with Team Kogut ? She even gave us some super cute Christmas face masks and I could not thank her enough for the tremendous help she's been!
